my epson wf-2860 won't feed paper from the cassette, it just makes a noise and nothing comes out. how do i clean the rollers?

Dirty or dusty paper feed rollers. You need to clean the cassette rollers manually.

1. Turn off and unplug the printer. Disconnect all cables.
2. Slide out the paper cassette and remove all paper.
3. Carefully place the printer on its side.
4. Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the cassette rollers you can now see. Gently rotate them to clean the entire surface.
5. Return the printer to its normal position.
6. Replace the paper, reinsert the cassette, and reconnect all cables and power.

Heads up: Do not leave the printer on its side for an extended period, as ink may leak. Be careful not to trap your fingers when moving it.
