my epson workforce wf-2860 is getting ink on the back of everything it prints, help?

Ink on the back of pages means the paper guide rollers need cleaning. Here's how you do it.

1. Load plain Letter (8.5x11 inches) or A4 paper.
2. Press the Home button on the printer.
3. Select Maintenance.
4. Scroll down and select Paper Guide Cleaning.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Repeat until the paper comes out clean.

HEADS UP: If the problem persists after cleaning the guide, the print head path inside the printer may be smeared with ink and require a more involved cleaning.
