Diagnosis
The grill has no power. This is almost always a power supply or connection issue, not a controller failure.
How to Fix It
Check the 12V power brick first. Ensure it's plugged into a working outlet and the barrel connector is fully seated in the grill’s port. Listen for a faint hum from the brick. If no power, test the outlet with another device. If the outlet is good, the power brick is likely faulty.
If That Didn't Work
Inspect the wiring harness connection inside the hopper base, near the fan. It’s a white plastic connector. Unplug it, check for bent pins or corrosion, and reconnect it firmly.
Heads Up
Do not attempt to power the grill with an automotive battery or incorrect adapter. Use only the supplied 12V DC power supply to avoid frying the controller.
