The grass bag is full or clogged. Empty it. If the problem persists, check these causes in order:
- Bag clogged: Wash the grass bag.
- Mower deck clogged: Clean out the mower deck.
- Blades dull/worn/damaged: Sharpen or replace both blades as a set.
- Wrong blades installed: Install correct Honda Genuine blades.
- Cutting height levers mismatched: Set all levers to the same position.
Heads up: A worn, cracked, or damaged blade can break and become a dangerous projectile. Inspect blades regularly.
