DIAGNOSIS Complete loss of power indicates a failure in the electrical pathway. The internal thermal fuse has likely blown due to overheating, or the unit has a faulty power connection.
FIX Check the power source first. Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it works. Inspect the blender's power cord for visible damage. Ensure the cord is fully inserted into the port on the blender base. If the unit overheated prior to failure, the thermal fuse is blown. This fuse is not user-serviceable.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue may be a failed internal switch or motor controller. There is no user-resettable circuit breaker or fuse on this model.
HEADS UP The thermal fuse is a safety device. If it has blown from overheating, attempting to bypass it or repair it creates a fire hazard. The motor base is a sealed unit.
