The issue is a complete loss of electrical power to your Ninja Air Fryer. Since the display is dead, the problem lies in the power delivery path, not with a specific function or setting. The most common causes are a faulty power source, a loose or damaged power cord connection, or a tripped thermal fuse inside the appliance.
How to Fix It
First, perform a systematic power check:
- Unplug the air fryer from the wall outlet and from the receptacle on the back of the unit.
- Plug another small appliance (like a lamp) into the same wall outlet to confirm it's functional.
- If the outlet is dead, check your home's circuit breaker or GFCI outlet that may have tripped.
- Firmly reconnect the cord to both the wall outlet and the back of the Ninja. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the appliance's socket.
- Plug the unit directly into the wall. Do not use a power strip or extension cord, as these can cause insufficient power delivery.
If That Didn't Work
The internal thermal fuse may have blown to prevent overheating. This is a safety device and is not user-serviceable. Contact Ninja Customer Support for warranty service or repair options.
