DIAGNOSIS The fryer's safety lock is active. The internal temperature is above 140°F (60°C). It will not operate until it cools.
FIX Unplug the unit. Let it cool completely for at least 30-45 minutes. The 'HOT' indicator will turn off. Plug it back in and try setting your cook function.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The temperature sensor or its connection to the main board may be faulty. Check for any visible damage to the wiring inside the unit. You'll need to contact Nutrichef support for a board or sensor replacement.
HEADS UP Do not try to force-start the fryer by pressing buttons repeatedly. This is a critical safety feature to prevent fire or burns.
