How to Fix It
To resolve the E1 error and restore ice production, follow these precise steps to reset the sensor and clear the lines:
- Power off the unit using the power button and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to completely reset the control board.
- Remove the ice basket and any remaining ice cubes to get a clear view of the reservoir floor.
- Inspect the water level. If the water is below the "MIN" mark, fill the reservoir with filtered water up to the "MAX" line. Do not overfill, as this can cause leaking during the freeze cycle.
