DIAGNOSIS Inadequate blending cycle or improper ingredient layering. The 700W motor is sufficient, but the short preset cycle may be insufficient for hard-frozen ingredients.
FIX Use a specific layering order. Add liquids first. Then add soft ingredients like yogurt or fresh fruit. Add hardest frozen ingredients (large ice cubes, frozen fruit chunks) last, on top. This creates a vortex that pulls hard items down. Use the pulse function: press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds, release for 1 second, and repeat 5-6 times instead of relying on one continuous blend.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The blade may be dull. Inspect the blades for damage or excessive wear. Dull blades from blending abrasive ingredients (like coffee beans) will reduce performance. The blade assembly (NN1101) is a consumable part and may need replacement.
HEADS UP Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Overfilling prevents ingredient movement. Cut large frozen fruit into 1-inch chunks before adding. The Fit is designed for single-serve portions, not large batches.
