Check the filter and placement. First, ensure the plastic packaging is removed from the filter. Verify the filter is installed with the white side facing outward. If it's old, replace it—get them at getpuroair.com.
- Unplug the unit.
- Remove the rear cover by pressing the groove and pulling it outward and upward.
- Inspect the filter. If it's dark or damaged, replace it.
- Reinstall the cover securely.
If that didn't work, check for obstructions. The air intake and output need at least 8 inches of clearance from walls or furniture. Also, ensure the room size is within the purifier's specified coverage area.
Do not operate the purifier without a filter installed.
