Diagnosis
The parent unit is stuck in a boot loop trying to connect to the camera's WiFi signal. This usually happens after a router change or if the camera lost power and the WiFi pairing got scrambled.
How to Fix It
You need to force a fresh WiFi sync. First, unplug the camera from power. Then, on the parent unit, go into the menu (press the gear icon), find 'System Settings', and select 'Delete Camera'. Confirm. Now, plug the camera back in. On the parent unit, go back to 'System Settings' and select 'Add Camera'. Hold the parent unit right next to the camera (within 3 feet) and follow the prompts. It should find it and pair directly.
If That Didn't Work
The parent unit itself might need a hard reset. Find the tiny pinhole reset button on the back or bottom of the parent unit. Use a paperclip to press and hold it for 10 seconds while the unit is on. It will reboot to factory settings and you can start the 'Add Camera' process from scratch.
Heads Up
During the 'Add Camera' process, make sure your home's 2.4GHz WiFi is on and working. The camera won't sync if it can't see that network, even though it's doing a direct sync to the parent unit first.
