A leak from the bottom of the brewer housing is not normal and indicates an internal issue. Stop using it and unplug it.
FIX: This is not a user-serviceable leak. You need to contact Ninja Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Before you call, rule out other leak sources that you can fix:
- If leaking is from above the brew basket, your brew basket is overflowing. This is caused by a clog from finely ground coffee, too many grounds, or using both a paper and the permanent filter. Use medium-grind coffee and only one filter.
- If leaking is from below the brew basket, the drip stop may be open. Close it manually.
- If water is just under the reservoir after removal, that's normal condensation; wipe the valve with a dry cloth.
HEADS UP: Do not attempt to open the unit. A bottom leak likely involves the internal pump or tubing and requires professional service.
