Yeah, this one's common. The sensor isn't detecting the water properly. It usually means the reservoir isn't seated all the way or there's a connection issue.
FIX:
- Remove the water reservoir completely.
- Check that the Configurable Water Reservoir Latch on the back of the brewer is installed securely.
- Re-install the reservoir. Hook it onto the side or back of the brewer first, then press it down firmly into the water reservoir base until it clicks into place.
- Press the START BREW button to resume your cycle.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the message persists with a full, properly seated reservoir, there might be a fault. Unplug the brewer for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and try again. If "Add Wtr" still shows, you'll need to contact Ninja Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.
HEADS UP: After you remove the reservoir, it's normal to find a small amount of water in the reservoir valve. You can wipe it out with a dry cloth. That leftover water isn't causing the error message.
