the "Add Wtr" message keeps coming up on my ninja dualbrew pro but the reservoir is full, what's going on?

— asked by Chloe

Yeah, this one's common. The sensor isn't detecting the water properly. It usually means the reservoir isn't seated all the way or there's a connection issue.

FIX:

  1. Remove the water reservoir completely.
  2. Check that the Configurable Water Reservoir Latch on the back of the brewer is installed securely.
  3. Re-install the reservoir. Hook it onto the side or back of the brewer first, then press it down firmly into the water reservoir base until it clicks into place.
  4. Press the START BREW button to resume your cycle.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the message persists with a full, properly seated reservoir, there might be a fault. Unplug the brewer for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and try again. If "Add Wtr" still shows, you'll need to contact Ninja Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.

HEADS UP: After you remove the reservoir, it's normal to find a small amount of water in the reservoir valve. You can wipe it out with a dry cloth. That leftover water isn't causing the error message.
