The thermal safety cut-off has been triggered. The motor overheated.

  1. Unplug the power base from the wall.
  2. Let it cool down completely for a minimum of one hour.
  3. While cooling, check that you didn't overfill the cup or run it for more than one minute continuously.
  4. After it's cool, plug it back in and try a short pulse with a small amount of liquid.

If that didn't work: Ensure the cup is correctly locked onto the power base. Twist clockwise until the motor engages. If it still doesn't work, the internal protection may have failed due to sustained overload.

Heads up: This unit is for household use only. Repeated overheating voids the warranty. For warranty service, you will need your serial number, located on the bottom of the power base.
