For the Super Q, aim for 1-inch chunks max. Make sure you don't exceed the 'max' line for soup—overfilling prevents proper circulation and heating.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The thermal sensor in the base might be faulty, telling the computer the soup is already hot when it's not. There's no user fix for this. If you're using hot liquid, small chunks, and the right quantity but it still fails, it's likely a sensor issue requiring service.
HEADS UP Don't walk away during the first few minutes of the soup cycle. If it pauses, it's often waiting for you to intervene—like scraping down the sides with the tamper (through the lid opening) to help mix the chunks. It won't always resume automatically.
