DIAGNOSIS Moisture or thin liquid film (like a smoothie splash) is on the capacitive touch panel, confusing the sensors.
FIX Power off and unplug the unit. Wipe the entire black control panel with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Don't use a wet cloth or spray cleaner directly on it. Wait 10 minutes, then plug back in.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK A major spill may have seeped inside. Unplug, let it dry thoroughly for 24-48 hours in a warm, dry place. If the problem persists, the control board is likely damaged.
HEADS UP Always wipe the control panel immediately after any splatter. The seal around it isn't waterproof.
