Diagnosis
The two motor columns are out of synchronization. This is a controller or communication cable issue.
How to Fix It
Perform a synchronization procedure. Lower the desk to its absolute lowest position. Press and hold the 'M' and 'Down' buttons together for 5 seconds until the display flashes. The desk will auto-sync. Do not touch it until it completes and beeps.
If That Didn't Work
One motor might be failing or have a bad connection. Unplug the desk. Check the motor connectors at the control box. Ensure they are fully seated and locked. Look for bent pins.
Heads Up
Running the desk badly out of sync for long periods puts extreme stress on the frame and crossbar. It can twist the desktop. Stop using it until the sync is corrected.
