Diagnosis
The remote's code has been erased from the opener's memory, or the remote battery is dead. The ReliaG Pro 3024 can lose individual remote codes if its 'Learn' button is pressed accidentally.
How to Fix It
First, replace the battery in the remote (CR2032). Then reprogram it. On the motor unit, press and release the 'Learn' button. The LED will light amber. Within 30 seconds, press and hold the button on your remote until the opener light flashes. Test it.
If That Didn't Work
The remote itself may have failed. Try programming a different remote. If a second remote won't program, the receiver board in the motor unit is likely faulty.
Heads Up
If you have multiple remotes, you must reprogram all of them after clearing the memory. Pressing the 'Learn' button for 10 seconds clears all codes.
