Diagnosis
Ten yellow flashes indicates a problem with the safety reversal system. The door did not reverse when it hit the floor during a test, or a sensor is misaligned.
How to Fix It
Check the photo-eye sensors first. Make sure they are aligned, clean, and not blocked. The green LED on each should be solid. Then test the reversal: place a 2x4 on the floor under the door. Close the door. It must reverse immediately upon hitting the wood.
If That Didn't Work
The force settings are too high, overriding safety. Adjust the down force dial on the motor unit counter-clockwise one notch. Retest with the 2x4.
Heads Up
This error will prevent the door from closing on a remote command. It will only work from the wall button for a single close cycle. Fix the reversal issue to clear the code.
