IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If there is no red LED light at all after confirming power, try these alternatives: Test with a known-working 12V DC adapter that matches the correct polarity (center-positive is standard for AromaRoom). Gently clean the DC power port on the base unit with a dry cotton swab to remove any essential oil residue or dust obstructing the connection. Check the water tank and diffuser plate assembly. Ensure the tank is correctly seated and the magnetic diffuser plate is clean, dry, and properly attached, as some models have a safety cutoff if the assembly is faulty. If the unit still shows no signs of life with a verified good power supply, the internal circuitry or power port may be damaged and require professional service.
