If power is confirmed, press the ON-OFF button on the control panel. The LED light in that button should illuminate. If it doesn't, the control board or button is likely faulty. If that didn't work, inspect the power cord for any visible damage like cuts or kinks. A damaged cord will prevent operation and is a safety hazard. Do not use a damaged cord. Heads up: Always place the unit on a firm, level surface away from direct moisture. If the unit has power and the button LED still won't light, the internal electronics have failed and require service.
