Unplug the vacuum. Unwind the entire 30-foot cord from the cord wrap on the back of the unit. Plug the cord directly into a different wall outlet you know is working. Try the power switch. If that didn't work, the issue could be internal. There are no user-serviceable fuses. You'll need to contact Shark for service under the 3-year warranty. Heads up: Always fully unwind the cord before use to prevent overheating and damage to the internal wiring.
