DIAGNOSIS E3 is an induction base error for 'no pot' or 'unsuitable pot'. The base isn't detecting the stainless steel inner pot.
FIX Turn the unit off. Remove the inner pot. Check that the bottom is perfectly dry and clean. Wipe the induction cooking surface clean. Ensure you are using only the original stainless steel inner pot that came with the cooker. Place it back centrally on the base.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue may be with the base's sensor. Unplug the induction base from the wall for 10 minutes. Plug it back in and try again. This resets the electronic control.
HEADS UP This unit only works with its specific magnetic stainless steel pot. Using any other pot, even if it fits, will trigger this error. Do not attempt to bypass.
