This often happens when the device experiences a sudden voltage drop—such as a loose power adapter or a power surge—which corrupts the volatile memory (RAM) or the cached boot instructions. You can confirm this is a firmware crash rather than a hardware failure by checking the status LED. If the power light is illuminated but the LCD remains frozen or displays "gibberish," the hardware is receiving power, but the software is stuck in a boot loop. If the buttons (Feed and Power) do not trigger any mechanical response or LED changes, the CPU is effectively locked, preventing any one-touch commands from being processed by the internal OS.

How to Fix It

To resolve this, you must perform a deep hardware discharge and a forced cold boot to clear the corrupted cache and reset the logic board. Follow these steps exactly:
