How to Fix It
First, access the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu using the buttons on the bezel. Navigate to the settings for power management. Look for and disable features labeled "Eco Mode," "Auto Power Off," "Power Saver," or "Energy Saving." This prevents the monitor from turning itself off. Next, physically check all connections: firmly reseat the power cable at both the monitor and the wall outlet, and ensure the HDMI cable is secure at the monitor and your computer.
If That Didn't Work
Try a different power outlet, plugging the monitor directly into the wall by itself—not into a power strip or surge protector that may be faulty or overloaded. Test with a different, known-working HDMI cable. Also, try connecting the monitor to a different video source (like a laptop or game console) to rule out a problem with your computer's graphics output.
