- Double-check that your HDMI cable is fully inserted at both the monitor and your computer. A loose connection, even on a new cable, can cause color problems.
- Open the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) by pressing the menu button. Navigate to the Color or Picture Mode settings. Make sure it's not set to a strange custom profile. You can select a preset like Standard or User.
