Don't lower the resolution—that will make things blurry. Scale the UI elements in Windows instead.
For Windows 10/11:
- Right-click on your desktop and select Display settings.
- Under "Scale & layout," find the dropdown for Change the size of text, apps, and other items.
- Select a larger percentage (e.g., 125% or 150%). Click Apply. You may need to sign out and back in for changes to take full effect.
For older Windows (Vista/8): Right-click desktop > Personalize > Adjust font size (DPI) on the left. Change from Default scale to Large scale.
If that didn't work: You can also adjust font size specifically in individual applications like your web browser (usually under Settings > Appearance).
Heads up: Keep your monitor's resolution at its native 1920 x 1080. Changing it to something lower will result in a loss of clarity and a fuzzy picture.
