Diagnosis
The remote's IR signal isn't reaching the soundbar's sensor, usually due to obstruction or strong ambient light interference.
How to Fix It
Check the line of sight. The IR sensor is on the front-right side of the soundbar. Ensure nothing (like a coffee table ledge, game console, or decorative object) is blocking the path. Stand within 4-5 meters and point the remote directly at that spot.
If That Didn't Work
Test for IR interference. Fluorescent lights, LEDs, or direct sunlight can flood the sensor. Turn off bright lights near the TV or try using the remote in a dimmer room. Also, remove any plastic film that might still be on the remote's IR window.
Heads Up
This remote is IR-only, not RF/BT. It will not work from another room or if the soundbar is in a closed cabinet. You must have a direct, unobstructed view.
