Diagnosis
The wireless link between the soundbar and subwoofer has been lost. This is common after a power surge or if you moved the units.
How to Fix It
On the back of the subwoofer, press and hold the LINK button for 3 seconds until its indicator blinks rapidly. Within 30 seconds, press and hold the LINK button on the back of the soundbar until its display shows 'LINK'. They should reconnect within a minute.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a full system reset. Unplug both units from power for 10 minutes. Plug the subwoofer in first, wait for its light to settle, then plug in the soundbar. They often auto-repair after a cold restart.
Heads Up
The subwoofer and soundbar need to be within about 6 meters line-of-sight for a stable wireless connection. Concrete walls or large metal objects can block the signal.
