Diagnosis
The HDMI eARC handshake has failed. The TV and soundbar are not communicating properly over the HDMI cable.
How to Fix It
Go into your TV's sound settings. Disable eARC or ARC. Wait 10 seconds. Then re-enable it. This forces a fresh handshake. The soundbar should switch to 'ARC' or 'TV'.
If That Didn't Work
The HDMI cable is the problem. You need a certified Ultra High Speed HDMI cable that supports eARC. Swap in a known-good, high-quality cable.
Heads Up
On some TVs, you must set the digital audio output format to 'Passthrough' or 'Bitstream' for the S95QR to decode Atmos and DTS:X properly. 'PCM' will limit your sound.
