- You received an alert. Tap it for details.
- To override an active cycle, tap the eco+ icon on your thermostat or app and turn the system back on. This stops the ventilation.
- To disable the feature entirely, you'll need to navigate to the ventilator settings within the thermostat's installation settings.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The feature is in Beta and may be sensitive. Check your IAQ indicator on the main screen for specifics (e.g., high VOCs or CO2). Improving source control (like running kitchen/bath fans) can prevent triggers.
HEADS UP: This feature only works if you have a ventilator installed and wired to be controlled by the thermostat. It requires the thermostat to be connected to the internet.
