DIAGNOSIS: Yes. The Intelligent Clean Cycle Indicator illuminates orange when descaling is recommended.
FIX: Run a clean cycle. Choose the mode you use most:
- If you primarily use grounds, run the clean cycle on Grounds mode with the Sliding Lid closed.
- If you primarily use pods, ensure the Ninja Pod Adapter is installed and run the cycle through it.
- If you use Hot Water mode at all, run an additional clean cycle in Hot Water mode.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If you ignore the indicator, the brewer may stop mid-brew and display "CLn," requiring immediate cleaning. Run the cycle then.
HEADS UP: Canceling a clean cycle means your brewer won't be properly descaled. The cycle takes 75 minutes. Do not remove the carafe during it.
