Diagnosis
The monitor is likely using a default color profile or incorrect color space setting instead of its calibrated factory presets.
How to Fix It
Use the joystick to open the OSD. Navigate to Picture > Color Mode. Select sRGB or Rec.709 for standard content, or Adobe RGB for design work. Ensure HDR is off in the OSD (Picture > HDR) unless you are viewing HDR content. In your computer's display settings, set the color profile to the default for the monitor.
If That Didn't Work
The monitor may be in a low blue light or eco mode. Check the OSD: Picture > Low Blue Light should be set to 0 (Off). Go to Picture > Eco and ensure it is set to Off or Standard.
Heads Up
The monitor's KVM and Auto Pivot features can sometimes force a color mode change. If colors shift unexpectedly after using the KVM, manually reselect your preferred Color Mode.
