Diagnosis
The front panel LED brightness is set to high. There is no auto-dimming sensor on this model. The brightness level is a fixed setting.
How to Fix It
Lower the display brightness. Press the 'Gear' button on the remote once. The display will show the current setting. Press the 'Volume Down' button to cycle through the options until 'LED Dimmer' appears. Press 'Volume Up' to select it and adjust the level.
If That Didn't Work
You can turn the display off completely. Follow the same steps, but when 'LED OFF' appears on the display, press 'Volume Up' to select it. The display will only light up when you change a setting.
Heads Up
If you turn the LED off, you won't see input or volume changes. You'll have to rely on the TV's on-screen display for volume level if you have HDMI-CEC enabled.
