the green ready light never comes on, just the red charging light, but it seems to have power.

DIAGNOSIS The indicator light circuit is faulty, or the battery management system isn't correctly reading the charge level. The motor might still work, but the "ready" signal is stuck.

FIX Perform a hard reset. Drain any residual charge by holding the power button down for 30 seconds while the unit is off the charger. Then, plug it into a wall charger (using the USB-C port) and leave it for a full 3 hours. Unplug it. The green light may still not work, but try pressing the power button to see if it blends.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal connection for the green LED may have failed. You can still use the blender by charging it for a set time (3-4 hours) and then testing its run time. If it blends for a normal duration (about 10-15 cycles), the battery is fine and it's just a light issue.

HEADS UP Don't rely on the lights for charge status if they're malfunctioning. Instead, track your usage. If it starts struggling or stopping mid-blend after only a few uses post-charge, the battery itself is likely failing.
