DIAGNOSIS The tape width setting in the SUPVAN app is wrong. The app and printer are mismatched on the physical tape size installed.
FIX Open the SUPVAN app. Go to Settings > Printer Settings > Tape Width. Select the exact millimeter width printed on your tape cartridge (e.g., 12mm, 9mm, 6mm). Do not trust "Auto Detect." Create a new label. The alignment will be correct.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The tape cartridge is not seated flush against the alignment guides inside the compartment. Remove it. Ensure the two plastic tabs on the cartridge slot into the grooves in the machine. Push firmly until you hear a click.
HEADS UP Always set the tape width in the app *before* designing your label. Changing it after you've typed will not reformat existing text boxes. You must start a new label project.
