the supvan app says connected but my e10 won't print anything, just sits there

— asked by Riley

DIAGNOSIS A communication hang between the app and the label maker's Bluetooth module. The app thinks it's connected, but the printer is not receiving data.

FIX Force-close the SUPVAN app on your phone. Turn the label maker off. Restart your phone's Bluetooth. Turn the label maker on. Open the app and reconnect. For a deeper reset, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget the "SUPVAN E10" device, then pair fresh through the app.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The thermal print head driver on the mainboard might be in a fault state. Turn the unit off. Hold the Feed button down while turning it on. Keep holding for 10 seconds. This performs a hardware reset on the print engine.

HEADS UP This model only prints from the app. It will not print from your phone's general "Share" menu. You must design the label within the SUPVAN app.
