DIAGNOSIS Yeah, this one's common. It's a loose connection, almost certainly in the cable or the port, not the panel itself. The signal is getting interrupted.
FIX The culprit is almost always a flaky USB-C cable. Get a new, high-bandwidth cable with solid connectors. Before you buy one, try gently wiggling the cable where it plugs into your source (laptop, phone) to see if the flicker starts there instead. Also, check the monitor's USB-C port for any debris.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If you're using the included HDMI-to-USB-C adapter, that little dongle is a frequent point of failure. Bypass it by using a direct USB-C-to-USB-C cable from a compatible device, or try a different brand of adapter.
HEADS UP Don't keep using it with a flickering cable. An intermittent connection can, in rare cases, cause a short that might damage the monitor's port or your laptop's port over time.
