Diagnosis
The camera has power and is on, but its communication link to Wyze's servers is broken. Your internet or Wyze's cloud service might be the issue, not the camera itself.
How to Fix It
First, check if there's a known service outage on Wyze's status page. If not, restart your home router and modem. Wait 2 minutes for everything to come back online. Then, power cycle just the camera by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. The light should go solid blue again. Wait 2 more minutes, then check the app.
If That Didn't Work
The camera's firmware might have glitched. Try a local connection. Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the camera, then in the Wyze app, tap the '+' add device icon and select "Device Offline?" or "Already set up?". It might find the camera on the local network and re-establish the cloud link without a full reset.
Heads Up
If you recently changed your Wi-Fi password or router, the camera still has the old network info. A solid blue light in this case means it's powered but can't connect. You'll need to do a factory reset (hold setup button for 10+ seconds until light changes) and set it up on the new network.
