Diagnosis
This is normal operation, not a defect. Boost mode uses maximum power for deep cleaning. The expected runtime on Boost mode is approximately 7-10 minutes with a fully charged battery.
How to Fix It
Reserve Boost mode for small, heavily soiled areas. For general cleaning, use the default 'Auto/Med' mode. The vacuum will automatically adjust suction based on detected dust, preserving battery.
If That Didn't Work
If runtime is short on all modes, the filter may be clogged. A dirty filter forces the motor to work harder, draining the battery. Remove, wash, and thoroughly dry the filter.
Heads Up
Battery performance decreases in cold environments. Allow the vacuum and battery to reach room temperature before use for accurate runtime.
