DIAGNOSIS The mop pad is either worn out, not making full contact, or the water flow rate is set too high for your floor type.
FIX First, replace the mop pad with a new, official pad. In the app, adjust the water flow to a lower setting (like "Balanced" instead of "High"). Ensure the mop plate is correctly installed and clicks into place.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The mop vibration motor in the robot may be failing, not oscillating the pad properly. Test by feeling for strong vibration during a mopping session.
HEADS UP Consistently leaving overly wet streaks can damage hardwood over time. Always start with the lowest water setting and increase only if needed for cleaning.
