DIAGNOSIS That’s normal, not a fault. The vacuum is protecting its battery and motor from heat damage. Boost mode is designed for short, intense cleaning bursts.
FIX You cannot override this. Use Boost mode only for small, heavily soiled areas. For longer cleans, switch to Auto or Eco mode, which will provide sustained power without automatic shutoff.
IF THAT DIDN’T WORK If it’s shutting off in *all* modes after a short time, you likely have a thermal cutoff issue (see the red light problem) caused by a clog or dirty filter.
HEADS UP Continuously triggering Boost mode in quick succession will also cause the vacuum to enter a cooldown period where it refuses to power on for a few minutes.
