water is leaking from the bottom of the unit onto my floor when it's running.

DIAGNOSIS The internal condensate reservoir is overflowing. This happens if the self-evaporation system cannot keep up, often due to extremely high humidity or the unit not being level.

FIX First, ensure the unit is perfectly level front-to-back and side-to-side. Use a bubble level. The wheels must be fully extended. In very humid conditions, you may need to manually drain. Unplug the unit. Move it to a drain location. Remove the bottom rubber drain plug. Let all water drain out. Replace the plug securely before returning the unit to operation.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal drain hose or pump (if equipped for certain modes) may be disconnected or kinked. This requires partial disassembly to inspect. Refer to the service manual or contact support.

HEADS UP Continuous drainage via the plug is not the normal operating mode. If you need continuous drainage, you must purchase an optional drain hose kit and connect it to the drain port, leaving the rubber plug removed.
