It is located within the control panel Dashboard.
Access it with this sequence:
- Swipe down on the top of the display. This opens the Dashboard.
- On the Dashboard, touch the right arrow icon (>).
- Touch Network Setup.
- Within that menu, you will find Restore Network Settings.
If that didn't work: If swiping does not open the Dashboard, try a firm, single-finger swipe downward from the top bezel onto the screen. The power and wireless lights should be on.
Heads up: The Restore Network Settings option is used to restart the Wi-Fi setup mode if the blue light is not blinking.
