Access the network settings through the Dashboard. The sequence is specific.
- On the printer's touchscreen, swipe your finger downward. This opens the control panel Dashboard.
- On the Dashboard, tap the > icon (Settings).
- Tap Network Setup.
- Tap Restore Network Settings.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
After confirmation, wait 60 seconds for the process to complete. The Wi-Fi light behavior will reset.
If that didn't work: If swiping down does nothing, ensure the printer is fully powered on (not in sleep mode). Tap the screen or press the power button to wake it, then try the swipe-down gesture again at the top of the display.
