- You must have a Wi-Fi network. Connect both your phone and printer to the same network.
- Use your phone's built-in printing function. On iOS, use AirPrint. On Android, use Google Cloud Print or Mopria Print Service.
- Select the photo, tap Share or Print, and choose your Canon TR8620a from the printer list.
If that didn't work, ensure Wi-Fi is active on the printer (check the light). Restart both phone and printer. The printer must support your phone's protocol; the TR8620a supports standard wireless printing protocols.
Heads up: This is a noted limitation—the printer lacks a Canon-specific mobile app for direct printing and control. Printing is handled through your phone's OS.
