- Foil must only line the basket. It must not cover the crisper plate.
- Never put baking or parchment paper into the air fryer without food on top. Air circulation can cause paper to lift and touch the heating coils.
- Do not place paper, cardboard, or non-heat-resistant plastic in the air fryer.
Heads up: Never use metal scouring pads to clean. Fragments can break off and touch electrical parts. The basket and crisper plate have a nonstick coating—use non-abrasive sponges.
