- Locate the brushroll switch on the vacuum head. It might be labeled or have a pictogram.
- Turn the brushroll OFF when cleaning hard floors like wood, tile, or laminate. This stops the spinning bristles from scattering debris.
- For best results, use the hard floor attachment if your model came with one.
If that didn't work, your suction might be too low because of a full canister or clogged filters. Empty the dust cup and check the filters.
