Yes, with the correct settings. Use the suction control slider on the front of the cleaner head and turn off the brush bar.
- Set the suction control slider all the way to the right. This position is for hard floors and ground-in dirt.
- Turn the brush bar off. The brush bar control button is on the left side, between the handle and the bin. A rotating brush bar can damage hard floors.
- Before starting, always check that the underside of the cleaner head is clean and free of debris that could cause scratches.

Alternative: Use the articulating hard floor tool. Attach it directly to the hose or wand. Its swivelling brush head has soft nylon bristles designed for hard floors.
