clothes are coming out soaking wet, spin cycle doesn't seem to work right.

DIAGNOSIS The washer isn't reaching high-speed spin. This is usually caused by an unbalanced load triggering the out-of-balance protection, or a failed drive motor control.

FIX First, always ensure loads are balanced and not too small. Run a diagnostic spin test. Press Power, then press Spin Speed three times, then press Start. It should enter a high-speed spin test. If it works here, the issue is load-related.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the test fails or the motor struggles, the Hall effect sensor on the drive motor may be faulty. This sensor tells the control board the motor's speed. A bad sensor prevents high-speed spin.

HEADS UP Consistently overloading or washing heavy items like rugs or blankets on one side will prematurely wear the suspension rods and shock absorbers, leading to chronic balance problems.
